Terms and Conditions



Payment will be requested at the time of ordering. As detailed previously, all Popsqueak items are handmade to order with the aim of achieving goods despatched to you in 10 days. If we are unable to fulfil this goal, we will advise you but in any case will look at fulfilling in 14 days’ time.

Getting the goods to you

Once the order is complete we will send them by Royal Mail or via another carrier for delivery in the UK within 2-5 days. Please let us know if you require items before this time and we will do our best to accommodate you. International orders may take a little longer and extra shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

Lost goods 

If after notification of despatch you do not receive your delivery within 28 days, please let us know so that we can track it via RM. If you fail to notify us within 42 days from the date of order, we will not be able to refund you or replace the items.

Any genuine loss will be replaced, but we regret that we will be unable to refund you for any lost items.

If goods are required by a specified date and do not arrive as a result of third party services, you will be entitled to a full refund, including postage costs. If this does arise, we would refund for the goods once received in the original packaging and in its unused condition. Should this situation arise, please refuse the delivery so that goods can be returned without any cost to yourself.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders which have been delivered to an incorrect address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless the goods are faulty, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the products, let us know so that we can hopefully come to a satisfactory solution. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange a return.

It is always difficult to get the exact sizing right when looking at children’s wear, and we ask that you look at the sizing guide provided in the link to determine your requirements. However, should you order the wrong size, we would look at exchanging the item where possible, but we would request that any additional postage costs be covered by you. Replacement items will be subject to the same 10-14 day turnaround and will be subject to fabric stocks. Returns must be made in a perfect, unwashed condition within the 14 days stipulated. Any goods returned showing signs of use and/or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you.

As all Popsqueak items are handmade to your specific order they are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and you do not have the opportunity to view the goods before purchase. With this in mind, we have provided close up, detailed photos so that you can clearly see the quality of workmanship before purchase. We do not carry large stocks of the same fabric to avoid duplication and provide you with something unique as far as possible and the fabric used cannot therefore be remade into another garment. We would therefore suggest that you read the item descriptions carefully and discuss your order with us before purchasing. It is therefore regrettable that custom made orders outside of the standard description cannot be refunded or exchanged in the absence of fault.


As quite a few items in our range are bright and reversible, we would recommend washing them on a warm setting, at no more than 30 degrees to reduce the risk of shrinkage and fading. We do wash test our items prior to use and any incorrect washing other than those recommended, leading to shrinkage or fading will not be refunded or exchanged.
